- OEM TRACK – NO SHAVING OF LUGS
- TRAIL STUDS ONLY NO SHARPING
- WOODY MEGA BITS ARE LEGAL
- JET THE MOTOR ,CLUTCH AND GEAR IT
- ANY LEGAL FUEL ALLOWED
- SLED CAN BE TIED DOWN MUST HAVE 2 INCHES OF TRAVEL WITH THE DRIVER ON THE SLED
- COOL DOWN CARTS ARE ALLOWED
- TRAIL STUDS ¾ “ MAX PAST THE HIGHEST LUG OG THE TRACK
- SLED MUST HAVE A TETHER CORD
- DRIVER SAFETY GEAR-SNELL 95 OR BETTER FULL FACE HELMAT
- FLAK JACKET-SAFE JACKET
- EYE PROTECTION ,BOOTS OVER THE ANKLE, AND SHIN GUARDS
AMATEUR IMPROVED TRAIL STOCK
- MUST BE FULL BODY TRAIL MACHINE
- ANY MOTOR MODIFICATIONS
- ANY FUEL IS ALLOWED
- SLED CAN BE TIED DOWN BUT MUST MAINTAIN 2 “ OF TRAVEL FRONT AN BACK WITH THE DRIVER ON IT
- SPEED TRACKS ALLOWED TRAIL STUDS ONLY
- WOODY ‘S MEGA BITS ARE ALLOWED
- NO RACE PIPES ARE ALLOWED-PERFORMANCE TRAIL PIPES ALLOWED
- TRAIL SUDS MAX LENGTH ¾” PAST THE HIGHEST LUG OF THE TRACK
SEMI PRO – STOCK CLASSES
- STEPPING STONE FROM AMATEUR CLASSES WILL HAVE A PURSE + 100% PAYBACK
- NO PRO SLEDS ALLOWED
- CLASSES BUILT FOR SLEDS OR DRIVERS NOT QUITE COMPETITIVE IN PRO CLASSES
Vintage Classes & Rules Effective for 2005
Class A – Single Cylinder fan cooled only any CC
Class B – 0-340 FC & FA
Class C – 0 to 440 FC & FA and 0-340 Liquid
Class D – Open Stock Class –Any size FC, FA or Liquid (Must be a stock trail rideable sled)
Class E – Open Modified Class – Any size FC, FA or Liquid
CC Class Rules
Fan cooled and Free Air would run together in their CC class
Liquid cooled would run in the next CC class up with FC and FA sleds
Open class is any CC any cooling
Single class is fan cooled only to promote small and family type sleds to compete
Safety Rules
Working Kill switch
Working Brakes
Metal Belt guard
Hood secured down
Full mud flap
Full face helmet
Long Sleeve Pants
Leather boots over ankles mandatory
Tek vest or chest protector mandatory
Vintage Tech rules
Engine and Chassis must be 1980 or older but does not have to be original configuration
No fuel injection, nitrous or turbos
Any fuel “gasoline fuel “ can be used
No alcohol or nitro blends
No welded skis
Must have steel ski runners – no plastic or ski skins
Must have seat
